“A Humble Beginning to Worldwide Travels”
I'm Kaliyah - The heart behind Humble Travel'z. A small town girl (mostly) raised in the South West area of the state.
I’ve always had a spontaneous soul — one that just couldn’t sit still. What began as booking my own getaways soon turned into a calling to help others feel the same euphoric peace that travel brings me. People often ask, “How do you do it alone?” The truth is, solo travel isn’t about being fearless — it’s about being prepared, open minded, and intentional. That’s why I created Humble Travel’z — to take the stress out of planning and help others travel with confidence.
Why “Humble Travel’z”?
Humble started as a nickname—something people always used to describe me. Now it lives on through Humble Travel’z, reminding me to stay grounded as I help others explore the world.

I’ve been exploring locally since I could drive, but my international travel journey began at age 23.

A little bit of everything — spontaneous, cultural, luxury, and soulful.

Internationally, I’ve solo traveled to Costa Rica, Thailand, Qatar, Bali, Indonesia & Canada — and cruised to Mexico, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Key West.
Favorite destination so far?
It’s hard to choose — every place has left its mark. But Costa Rica and Qatar are at the top of my list.

In the travel sense - It means being grounded, grateful, and open to learning from every culture, every journey, and every moment.

In nature — whether it’s a mountain view, a quiet garden, or a scenic hike with fresh air.

One that balances adventure with relaxation — think ziplining one day, spa the next

Street food! It tells you everything about the culture.
What’s one travel lesson that changed your perspective?
